Applications for the posts of Hall Tutor are now invited from full-time Postgraduate students or final year Undergraduate students who intend to take up full-time PG study in the University in 2024-25.

Completed online application form should be submitted on or before 5:30pm (HKT), 5 April 2024.
Important Notes to applicants:
- Applicants are required to seek the consensus from academic supervisor (for RPg applicants) or program manager (for TPg applicants) for applying the Hall Tutor position.
- Applicants should allow at least 5 working days for your academic supervisor/ program manager to complete the consensus form.
- Applicants are reminded to read the duties of Hall Tutors and consensus form before filling in the online application form.
- To get prepared for the iVillage, new student halls, hall tutors will be identified. Commencement of the appointment will be subject to the occupation of these halls.
- Hall Tutor recruitment is independent of application for on-campus student accommodation.
- Late applications will NOT be considered.
- Selected candidates will be invited to attend the interview in late April or early May 2024. The arrangement will be sent to shortlisted candidates in late-April 2024.
