Fitness Connection
Fitness is one of the core elements which allows the development of one’s potential to live and work effectively and to make a significant contribution to society. Individuals should not only focus on their own fitness level, but also aim to make an impact on the wider community by fostering a fitness culture. The Fitness Connection Community will enrich students in the areas of fitness assessment, exercise prescription and skills in organizing sport events.
