Hall Education Team
Halls are under the overall-in-charge of the Residence Master whose main role is to provide intellectual and pastoral guidance for all the residents of the hall. The Residence Master serves as an advisor for the House Students' Association and student groups of the Hall and organizes learning activities for the residents through the support of a residential life officer and a number of hall tutors who are postgraduate students.

In each hall, there is a Residential Life Officer who takes care of the needs of the residents and provides administrative support to the Residence Master in matters concerning hall life.

Hall tutors, who are postgraduate students, assist the Residence Master in the provision of pastoral care and intellectual guidance to hall residents as well as in the organization of activities. The annual recruitment of hall tutors is done in May. If you are a postgraduate student and are interested to apply for the position of a hall tutor, please watch out for the announcement from the Student Housing and Residential Life Office.

Know and seek advice from your Residence Master, Residential Life Officer and Tutors who will take note of your academic progress and level of participation in campus life in ensuring that you and other residents will benefit from hall living.
